In 2001, detectives in the LAPD’s cold case unit re-open the files on a series of unsolved murders from the 1980s. All of the women were shot with a .25-caliber automatic, their bodies dumped in alleyways. As police search for DNA evidence to unlock the case, they are stunned to discover a new victim – 14 years after the last known murder. The race is on to catch the brutal serial killer, before he can strike again.
